Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Remove the viscous fan assembly.

.

Release the accessory drive belt.   Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counterclockwise.

Remove the accessory drive belt tensioner.   Remove the bolt.

.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.   Clean and inspect the drive pulleys for damage.   Tighten the tensioner bolt to 40 Nm (30 Ib.ft).

Install the viscous fan assembly.

.

Connect the battery ground cable.
